Kenyans urged to turn up in large numbers as Nairobi hosts IAAF 24:1 Run

Nairobi will be the place to be as the IAAF 24:1 Run takes place on Sunday. The 24:1 Run will take place at the KWS Langata at Nairobi National Park from 9:30am.

This is a worldwide event being staged in 24 cities across the globe at the same time. The idea is to create awareness and popularise athletics as one of the best among major events around the world.

With Kenya being one of athletics superpowers in the globe, locals have been urged to support the event by turning up in large numbers.

Nairobi is among the 24 cities picked by IAAF to celebrate Global running Day. It is 24 cities, 24 hours 24:I mile.
