Journalist Milton Nyakundi submissions before Sports Disputes Tribunal

Football Kenya Federation, in their Petition No. 3 of 2020 wanted the Directives, Regulations of the Sports Registrar declared unreasonable and unlawful before the elections of 2020 could proceed.

After inviting the public to file their applications to be enjoined as Interested Parties, journalist Milton Nyakundi was successful and appeared before the Tribunal in person.
